This application is just a theme app for Weather M8 (version 1.1.5 and above), it has no any functionality and launcher icon. 
Do this steps to activate the theme pack:
- Open Weather M8 app (if you don't have one, download it)
- Go to app's Settings (app menu)
- Go to "Weather icons" option
- Choose newly installed theme pack and press "Apply" button
此应用程序仅仅是天气M8（1.1.5版及以上）主题的应用程序，它没有任何功能和启动器图标。
做这个步骤激活主题包：
- 打开天气M8的应用程序（如果您还没有一个，下载）
- 进入应用程序的设置（应用程序菜单）
- 进入“天气图标”选项
- 选择新安装的主题包，然后按“Apply”按钮
